So recently, I have been reading a lot about infused water, and I have discovered that it is super awesome! If you don’t know what infused water is, it’s just regular water with cut up pieces of fruit in it. It has so many health benefits to it, and it tastes so amazing too! I just started doing it last week, and I’m completely obsessed. I’ve seen it around a lot on social media and not, but I just never tried it. I’m super excited to begin see all the benefits start taking place.
Make sure of course, that you drink regular water as well. You’re supposed to drink between half your body weight to your full body weight in ounces everyday. So if you weigh 150lb. then you should be drinking around 75-150oz. of water each day. What a lot of people do is drink half of their recommended amount of water infused and the other half, just regular water.
So far, I’ve only used lemons and strawberries in my water and that was super delicious. There are a ton of different types of fruit that you can use, and apparently different fruit combinations give you different kind of health benefits.
