The past few months I have been incredibly unhealthy. Lot's of fast food, candy, staying on the couch watching netflix all day. When I moved out and started college, I went towards what was easiest which is buying frozen pizza and cereal. And when you want candy for the fifth day in the row while you're rewatching the office on Netflix, you don't have any parents telling you no anymore.
The other day, while I was eating Taco Bell with my boyfriend and best friend, I realized my lifestyle needed to drastically change. I've also been kind of down recently, and it's only been a week, but I can already tell a difference because my mood has gotten a lot better.
I am super excited to be changing my lifestyle for the better by cutting out as much processed food as possible, I'm going to be eating all natural and organic food, and I want to get into the habit of working out and going to the gym.
So I'm going to be bringing you guys along on my journey of becoming healthy! It has been about a week since I've started, and I've cheated a few time, but I've done pretty well so far, and I love it. I just went on a big grocery shopping trip to buy a bunch of healthy foods, and I have a bunch of meals planned. I have a Pinterest board named Healthiness! if any of you want to check it out. I am going to post an update every week on how it's going, and I'll give you guys a bunch of yummy recipes to try.
