Confidence, It Will Take You Places
Feeling confident is one of the most amazing feelings to experience, and it can you take you so many places in life. My level of confidence used to be extremely low and kept me from doing so many things. It is probably one of the hardest challenges to find your confidence, and it's not one that very many people will tell you about. Most people talk about finding happiness and finding love, but they never mention finding confidence in your self. Once you do find it within yourself, it will be one of the most beneficial things to ever happen to you. Unfortunately, it's not something that I can just tell you how to do because the way that we find our confidence is different for each and every one of us.
Some people are naturally confident, but for those of us who have to put in a lot more effort, it can be quite the challenge. My time of finally finding my confidence came from being very very sad. I was seventeen years old and experienced my very first breakup. It was a very bad/good scenario, my mental health plummeted, but then I found how to love myself, and build a better relationship with God. I won't go into the details of how it affected me, but this is how I found the confidence in me.
I'm going to be completely honest with you, then I found my confidence was by using the, "fake it till you make it," mentality. It's true, I had no idea how to build confidence in myself, and at the time, I didn't even know how to be happy. Although I still had a life that I had to get through, I had a job and school studies, and I hit a point where I knew that I could no longer continue the way I was going any longer. So, I just sort stopped caring what anybody else thought, and pretended that I was super confident. It turns out that was the key, to stop caring what other people thought of me. And if I could give you any advice on finding your confidence, it would be exactly that. Who cares what anybody else thinks of you? Their thoughts on you, do not matter at all, and should not affect you in the slightest. As long as you aren't negatively affecting anyone then there's no need to be bothered by what they think of you. If you are proud of something you made or did, then it doesn't matter what anybody says or thinks about it.
YOU are capable of so much more in life when you believe in yourself, and that will take you very far.
